What is it?
- Our Project Management methodology has been developed based on the simplification of the PRINCE2 methodology as an more effective way of defining, managing and executing projects on behalf of our clients. By utilising appropriate planning and management of projects we ensure that we clearly understand our client’s objectives, manage the available resources and achieve the timelines required. We live by the motto of Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail.
