Process Workflow Documentation And Improvement
What is it?
- Process Improvement is the systematic process of reviewing the steps (virtual or physical) within a procedures that generates an outcome.
- By documenting and understanding the workflows, opportunity areas can be identified in order to eliminate waste (utilising methods such as Kaizen)
- Impacts of changes can be modelled / observed in order to assess the effectiveness of any changes

- Generates a clear and unambiguous view for everyone involved in the process – what happens when, by whom.
- Identifies and provides opportunity to remove waste (or inefficiency) from processes which ultimately leads to cost reductions / operating efficiencies.
